 Vision Statement Minimize

Our vision, of the future, of our organization is one where we will provide quality holistic health care to the people of our community as close to home as possible through an integrated delivery model.

We see those who work in our organization embracing our Mission Values of:

  • Dignity
  • Spirituality
  • Collaboration
  • Creativity
  • Social Responsibility, and
  • Sacredness of Life

because they recognize that these values enhance the quality of service they provide.

Our organization will take proactive stances to promote the health and well being of the people we serve.

We recognize that we provide quality service through a multi-disciplinary team of competent health care professionals.  We will attract and retain an appropriate complement of health care professionals to meet the needs of the organization and people we serve.

Our organization will be an attractive place to work and practise.  We will achieve this by:

  • providing educational opportunities to our staff
  • promoting mutual respect and team work among our health care professionals, and
  • maintaining state-of-the-art equipment and facilities so that members of our health care team can work in a safe and pleasant environment.

We see our organization as one that provides care in a fiscally responsible manner by controlling its expenses and by identifying new revenues to fund services.
