Hospital Public Reporting
On a monthly basis, St. Joseph's General Hospital Elliot Lake, along with all hospitals in Ontario, will be posting our C. difficile (Colostridium Difficile Associated Disease), MSRA (Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus), and VRE (Vancomycin Resistant Enterococcus) infection rates.
On a quarterly basis, rates for VAP (Ventalator-Associated Pneumonia), CLI (Central-Line Primary Blood Stream Infection), and SSI (Surgical Site Infection Prevention) will be posted.
On a yearly basis Hand Hygiene Compliance rates will posted.
